1. Doctor Information Packs and Samples
- INFO-MED hand delivers a range of materials on behalf of their clients. These range from Doctor Education/Information packs, Magazines, CD's, DVDs, Samples, as well as material for the Practice Manager and Practice Staff.
- INFO-MED reports back on the number of items delivered and accepted.
2. Posters
- Info-Med merchandisers hand deliver posters and an accompanying letter from the client to the practice.
- With practice permission the Info-Med merchandiser hangs the poster in the waiting room area.
- Info-Med reports back on the number of posters delivered and installed.
3. Brochure Distribution
- Info-Med hand delivers patient information brochures, onto custom-made Info-Med boards.
- Info-Med boards are installed in a prominent position in the waiting room, creating an information focal point for patients.
- Info-Med’s own field team visits every practice, every four weeks.
- Info-Med restocks the brochures every four weeks.
- Info-Med audits the Info-Med boards every four weeks, tracking the number of brochures read by patients in the four-week period.
